Hallowed Be Thy Name

Each dot, each atom, each grain of sand,
Each pebble resting silently on the shore —
All that exists, and infinitely more —
From the depths of darkness
To the beings of light,
All praise and glorify His Name!

Each soul sings in its own song,
Each creature speaks with its own tongue,
Each voice rises in sacred praise—
The world resounds with languages,
Hallowed be Thy Name!

His Names are all that is—
Countless and manifest,
Both hidden and apparent.
He encompasses all,
Yet none encompass Him.

The virtuous move by His grace,
The erring by His justice.
None act but by His leave.
Bestow upon us Your kindness,
O Lord of Mercy, full of grace!
